This course looks at how various modern types of equipment and how their technology can be incorporated by Pro DJs to lead to a richer, smarter and more advanced performance or set or a mix CD. Advanced functions, SD cards, loops, hot starts, cue points and effects through DJ Mixer and DJ CD Player. Mixing on Vinyl’s has always been the classiest thing in DJing.
This course will also exclusively teach how to mix and play on DJ CD Players and Vinyl Player but on a high end latest one. A mixing course for an aspiring Pro DJ. The basics of DJing – from the setup and maintenance of equipment, to beat match and basic mix techniques and finishing with the use of EQ’s to bring life to the mix using the basic CDJing equipment – Pioneer or Denon and Technics 1210s. Equipment knowledge to optimize the utilization of the DJ equipment will be taught as well. Music structure understanding – bars, beat matching, how to keep multiple tracks in CDJs or Vinyl’s with multiple channel faders up playing in time in sync. Includes cueing, manual adjustment, pitch bend, using the right technique of pitch adjustment. A good grip of EQ’s for balancing of Sound and Levels and last but not the least a good mixing point.
